Nick Godfrey

Director

I have now been an estate agent for over 20 years in and around the Okehampton area and have gained valuable experience in the local market. My role involves covering all aspects of the business, but is now more focused on the residential sales and new homes side of the business. Having successfully worked with a number of developers on their sites from start to finish ranging from single plots to multi unit sites, this is an area that I really enjoy and excel in as its great to see something be created from a piece of ground to a small community within the larger community. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling, walking the dog and watching the rugby with a sneaky pint.

Heading up the lettings and administration side of the company is the main part of my daily life at GSS. Be it dealing with problematic situations, delightful situations or just making sure everyone is paid on time. There is never a dull moment, but within this ever challenging business its still as enjoyable as when I started 20 years ago. Away from the office myself and my husband are avid rugby followers watching the Exeter Chiefs most weekends. I also love my time spent with friends and my grandchild!

Local, local, local is our Josie. Raised and living in Okehampton, Josie is on the button with what is happening within the local area. A real good point of contact for those looking at taking their first step onto the rental market, either as a landlord or tenant. Keeping calm within the crazy and busy world of rentals is certainly a strong point. “Its been a steep learning curve, but something that offers a different day every day”. When not at work, chilling out and socialising is certainly high on the agenda to shake off a busy week at work.

Judith Lavis

Keep calm and carry on, should be the motto for Jude. With years of experience within the building industry and in a customer led environment, Jude certainly is a thorough and conscientious member of the team. Having dealt with multinational companies through to one man bands, Judith can handle most situations that arise within property inspections, scheduled maintenance and emergency works. Outside of work, travel is a real passion with a lot of the world already seen and a lot more to see!

Debbie Wooldridge

A very experienced sales negotiator with a passion for matching people to property. With years of experience in the property market, Debbie is the go to point of contact for many locally as her focus on customer service and knowledge of the local market is second to none. With a real passion for holidays, work does sometimes get in the way! If Debbie is not at work or on holiday she can usually be found walking the dog on Dartmoor or enjoying downtime with her partner and friends.

Richard Thomas

Sales negotiator

Having been in the estate agency world for over 10 years, experience in the local market is something that is brought to the team in abundance by Rich. Many customers will refer to friends and family after experiencing the level of service that Rich provides. He is especially tenacious in getting sales from the sale agreed part to the more important part of exchanging contracts. With a love of horse racing, snooker and cycling along with a young family, there is never much time left for anything else!

Newest member of our team Keri has brought a wealth of experience in client service and account management, Keri has brought an infectious; bubbly personality into the team and has become a valued member of our Lettings team. Keri will be your new best friend for all landlords seeking any rental accounting information, When not in work you’ll find Keri Running, on her bike or at the gym fitness is very important to her, though she loves a drink or two when travelling or on holiday with her family and friends!!
